A signed Order Form, service-specific agreement or other expressly applicable term can control the particular service or relationship it covers.
Nothing in a Zayloft policy removes rights or obligations that applicable law does not permit the parties to waive.
Customers are responsible for lawful recipient contact, Customer Content, account users, credentials, sender authorization and the instructions they give Zayloft.
Availability, data flows, subprocessors, sender requirements, retention and technical controls can differ by service, destination, account configuration and use case.
Use the relevant contact path for privacy, security, accessibility, billing, account or general policy questions. Do not send passwords, API keys, access tokens or other secrets by email.
